• A free preview report showing an overall score and key findings.
• A full paid audit report ($99 one-time fee) with comprehensive analysis, prioritized action items, and recommendations delivered by email in PDF format.

3. Payment Terms

The full audit report is available for a one-time payment of $99 USD. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method.

Refund Policy: Due to the digital and immediately-delivered nature of our audit reports, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a report has been generated and delivered. If you experience a technical issue that prevents delivery of your report, please contact us at [email protected] and we will work to resolve the issue.

4. Use of Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Submit websites or information that you do not have the right to analyze.
• Use the Service to generate reports for websites belonging to others without their permission.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell our audit methodology or reports.
• Use automated means to access the Service without our express written permission.
• Provide false or misleading information when submitting your audit request.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of SiteScoreNow. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of SiteScoreNow.

The audit report generated for your website is licensed to you for personal and business use. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish the report as your own work.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
• The results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable.
• Implementing our recommendations will guarantee specific improvements in search engine rankings, AI visibility, or business outcomes.

Our audit reports are based on publicly available information and AI-powered analysis. They represent our best assessment at the time of generation and should be treated as advisory guidance, not a guarantee of results.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SiteScoreNow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United States.
